HR Internship - (Talent Acquisition)
Get hands-on with the full recruitment cycle in our international Talent Acquisition team — from sourcing to employer branding.

What you'll be doing
As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with our international Recruitment team and gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment process. You'll support us in attracting, identifying and engaging great talent while learning how recruitment works in a fast-paced, international organisation.
Your key responsibilities
Support the hiring process: help coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication and keep our recruitment processes running smoothly from application to offer.
Get hands-on with sourcing: support our recruiters with candidate research and sourcing across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and our ATS.
Screen & identify talent: help review applications and CVs, identify promising candidates and support recruiters with initial candidate screening.
Create a great candidate experience: communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and make sure every candidate has a positive experience.
Support recruitment operations: keep our ATS and recruitment data up to date, and support reporting and recruitment administration.
Contribute to employer branding: help showcase what makes GoodHabitz a great place to work through recruitment content, career page updates and employer branding initiatives.
Learn & improve: get involved in recruitment projects, explore new Talent Acquisition tools, and bring your own ideas.
Who you are
A student currently enrolled in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or a related study.
Available full-time, ideally starting this October (flexible on dates), able to stick around until March.
Super organised, love taking initiative, and have an eye for the little things.
Friendly, easy to talk to, and not afraid to speak up.
Confident working in English — additional languages are a bonus.
