Goodhabitz started in 2011, when two teachers had a simple idea: learning at work shouldn't be a chore. Fast forward to today, and we're helping 7 million people across 10 countries grow in their careers. We don't think our job is to help people catch up to change, but to help them lead through it, with more confidence, stronger capabilities and real readiness for what's next.
Behind that is a diverse team of more than 300 people from 30+ nationalities, spread across Europe. As a scale-up, we have the maturity of a bigger organisation, but still plenty of room to experiment and try out new ideas, which is the sweet spot if you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
