Psychometric Learning Architect
Design assessments and progression frameworks that measure real learning impact, as our Psychometric Learning Architect.
Please note that this role is part time: 32 hours a week.
About this role
As a Psychometric Learning Architect, you design the assessments and progression frameworks that help millions of learners understand how they're growing. You combine educational design expertise with data analysis to build measurement that is both meaningful and scalable.
What you'll do
- Design assessments — Build valid, reliable assessments that measure real skill and knowledge gains.
- Educational design — Translate learning objectives into effective assessment and progression design.
- Progression frameworks — Design frameworks that show learners a clear path of growth.
- Data analysis — Analyze assessment data (in Python) to validate and improve our models.
- Experiment and scale — Run experiments to test new approaches and scale what works across our course catalogue.
What you bring
- Background in psychometrics, educational measurement, learning design or a related field.
- Experience designing assessments or progression models at scale.
- Comfortable analyzing data in Python.
- Strong collaboration skills — you'll work closely with instructional designers and product teams.
This role is not for you if
- You prefer working in isolation rather than with cross-functional teams.
- You're not interested in getting hands-on with data.
