How to become a GoodHabitzer
Here's what to expect, from application to offer.
A few things people ask us
-
Do I need a cover letter to apply?
We recommend adding a short cover letter or motivation note, especially if you're excited about GoodHabitz or switching roles or industries. It doesn't need to be long - we're more interested in your story than perfection.
-
How long does the recruitment process usually take?
Yes. Everyone who applies gets an answer, even if it is not the one you were hoping for.
-
Can I apply for more than one role?
Sure. If more than one role fits you, apply to each one separately so we can look at you for both.
-
What does "culture fit" mean at GoodHabitz?
For us, culture fit means shared values, not sameness. We look for people who are curious, collaborative, open to feedback, and excited to grow - both personally and professionally.
-
What is the Assessment like?
The assignment reflects real work you'd do in the role. It's designed to be practical and respectful of your time, with clear expectations and guidance. We're interested in your thinking, not just the final output.
-
Will I receive feedback if I'm not selected?
Yes, whenever possible. We believe feedback helps people grow, even when it's not a match this time.
-
What does onboarding look like for new hires?
You'll get a structured onboarding plan, support from your team, and time to learn our tools, products, and ways of working. We don't expect you to know everything on day one.
-
Are roles fully remote or office-based?
Most roles follow a hybrid setup, combining remote work with time in one of our offices. Specific expectations vary by team and location and will be clearly shared during the process.
-
Do you support learning and development for employees?
Absolutely. Learning is part of our DNA. You'll have access to GoodHabitz learning content, company-wide learning moments, and opportunities to grow skills that matter for your role and career.
-
I don't meet every requirement. Should I still apply?
Yes. If the role excites you and you meet most of the criteria, we'd love to hear from you. We value potential and mindset as much as experience.
-
I have a disability and may need specific accommodations during the recruitment process. Who can I talk to?
Just let us know. If you need any adjustments during the application or interview process, reach out to your recruiter and we'll make sure your needs are met.
-
Would GoodHabitz support me with a work visa or relocation?
With offices in 10 countries, this varies by role and location. If visa sponsorship or relocation applies to the role you're applying for, we'll discuss the options with you during the process.
