Help onze Mid Market klanten het maximale uit GoodHabitz halen als Customer Success Manager.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Customer Success Manager Mid Market ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een portfolio aan klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij optimaal gebruikmaken van GoodHabitz, hun doelen behalen en langdurig aan ons verbonden blijven.
Taken & verantwoordelijkheden
- Je bouwt sterke, langdurige relaties op met een portfolio Mid Market klanten.
- Je monitort adoptie en gebruik, en onderneemt proactief actie waar nodig.
- Je organiseert reviews en stuurt op renewal en groei binnen je klantenportfolio.
- Je signaleert kansen voor upsell en werkt hierin samen met Sales.
- Je bent de schakel tussen de klant en interne teams zoals Product en Support.
Wat vragen wij?
- 3+ jaar ervaring in Customer Success binnen EdTech of SaaS.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, in woord en geschrift.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve, klantgerichte instelling.
- Je bent analytisch, georganiseerd en werkt gestructureerd.
