Talent Acquisition Specialist
Help GoodHabitz find the people who will shape how 7 million learners grow, as our Talent Acquisition Specialist in Eindhoven.
About GoodHabitz
GoodHabitz started in 2011 in Eindhoven, when two teachers decided that learning at work shouldn't be a chore. Today more than 7 million people in 10 countries use our online courses to grow in their careers. We make all our content in-house, from script to studio, and we are a team of more than 300 colleagues from over 30 nationalities.
About this role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you own the hiring process for a set of roles across Europe, from the first conversation with the hiring manager to the signed offer. You are the person candidates remember: quick to reply, clear about the next step and honest about the role. You join the Talent team in our Eindhoven office and work closely with hiring managers in Sales, Customer Success, Product and Operations.
What you'll do
- Run the intake: sit down with the hiring manager, sharpen the profile and agree on the process before a role goes live.
- Find and approach people: source on LinkedIn and in our talent pool, and write messages that people actually answer.
- Screen and advise: hold the first interview, share a clear recommendation and keep the hiring manager moving.
- Guide the process: plan interviews, collect scorecards and make sure every candidate hears from us, also when the answer is no.
- Close the deal: prepare the offer with HR and walk the candidate through it.
- Improve how we hire: use the data in Teamtailor to spot where candidates drop out and fix it.
What you bring
- At least three years of experience in recruitment, in-house or at an agency.
- Experience hiring for commercial or tech roles in more than one country.
- Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
- Comfort with an ATS and with sourcing on LinkedIn.
- The confidence to push back on a hiring manager when the profile or the timeline doesn't add up.
This role is not for you if
- You prefer posting a vacancy and waiting over going out to find people.
- You'd rather not pick up the phone to tell a candidate they didn't make it.
What we offer
💻 A MacBook and everything else you need to do your job well.
🏖️ 25 paid holiday days, with the option to buy up to 10 extra days.
🏡 Hybrid working and flexible hours, plus a number of days a year to work from anywhere.
📚 Full access to all GoodHabitz courses, and time to use them.
🧠 Access to OpenUp for your mental wellbeing.
🌍 An international, informal team in our Bunkertoren office in Eindhoven.
How we hire
After you apply, your recruiter looks at your CV within a few days. If there's a match, we start with a short video call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, a practical case and a final interview with the team. Most processes take three to five weeks from application to offer.
